Description The label indicate both, the company name and the origin of the product. The honey is obtained from different parts of Ethiopia where the tropical ever green forest dominates the landscape (western part of the country).

  • Specification, claims and abstract in English
  • International Patent Classification
  • Formal drawings, if applicable
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Priority document with verified English translation
  • Power of Attorney: A patent for using the label is granted for an initial period of fifteen years. However, the validity of the patent may be extended for a further period of five years if it is proved that the invention is being properly working in Ethiopia. A patent of introduction is valid for a period that may extend up to ten years. In order to maintain the patent, an annual fee is paid in advance each year.
